About me

I trained at the CCPE (Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in London) for five years, qualifying as a Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist.  My Qualification is both accredited by the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). UKCP’s-accredited Level 6 Diploma, offered by the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), is explicitly stated to lead to a SCoPEd Column C qualification. The SCoPEd framework outlines core training requirements for counsellors and psychotherapists, with Column C representing the most advanced training for psychotherapists working with adult clients. 

I trained at the EFT Training Centre at their school in Hertfordshire, which is an accredited member of EFT International, the world’s pre-eminent EFT educational institution. I am also an accredited member of EFT International.

My approach is fundamentally client led and I believe the relationship between client and therapist is at the foundation of everything.  My ultimate aim is to help clients connect their spirit, body and mind to restore balance within their being and in doing so, hopefully uncover, the true passions of their heart and soul.
